With 40 channels of recording capacity, Studio 7 is fully equipped to handle the demands of virtually any musical project or concept. The studio has hosted everything from gospel choirs and full string, horn, and woodwind sections, to live recordings with full bands. The studio has helped capture music from a broad spectrum of genres—including pop, rap, R&B, grime, indie,jazz, dance, electronic, rock and classical.
At the heart of the recording setup is 'The Plank'a world famous 1970s analogue console with a series or major artist platinum hit records under it's belt. Coupled with pristine analogue-to-digital conversion powered by two Apollo 16 and one Apollo 8 UAD interfaces, Studio 7 is capable of handling the demands of any project or concept.
Our microphone collection includes top-tier models from Neumann, Coles, Mojave, Beyerdynamic, Shure, AKG, Telefunken, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Electro-Voice, and Sontronics.
Studio 7 also offers a curated selection of high-end outboard gear, amps and instruments as well as the ability to seamlessly integrate UAD plug-ins into the recording chain with the precision and immediacy of hardware.

At the heart of our production toolkit is Studio 7— our state-of-the-art recording space equipped with seperted control room, live room and vocal booth as well as an exceptional range of vintage and modern instruments, industry-leading hardware, and cutting-edge software. The studio’s expertly treated acoustic environment, iconic handmade 1970s Conny Plank mixing console, high-end monitoring, and pristine analogue-to-digital conversion ensure that every element of a track is captured with clarity and character—allowing us to bring out the best in every artist we work with.

Songwriting & Composition
Studio 7 offers mixing services via it's owner Laurence Loveless who has mixed a wide range of acclaimed albums, singles, scores, and commercial tracks. Most recently, he completed production and mixing on the highly anticipated new album from the Buzzcocks, set for release in Autumn 2025. His mixing credits span mutiple music genres from rap, R&B, rock and pop to classical, country, dance and film scores.

Studio 7 also offers in-house mastering services, using a carefully curated blend of vintage analog hardware and state-of-the-art modern software to deliver rich, polished, release-ready masters that translate seamlessly to all platforms.

Studio 7 offers songwriting and composition via it's owner Laurence Loveless - a proffessional songwriter and composer working for both established and emerging artists, either working directly or via producers, management or labels. He also offers a comprehensive composition service for film, musicals, brands and businesses. With over a decade of experience, Loveless has written music across a wide range of styles, including pop, R&B, indie, country, dance, musical theatre, film, and classical. His credits span from developing and established artists to global brands like Gucci and Apple.
​Specialising in topline melody and standout lyric writing, Laurence's work is most recognised for his ability to combine timeless hooks, memorable melodies, with emotionally resonant, impactful lyrics.
